Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS.* We usually ship the same day on orders received by 2 PM CST. Those should be delivered to within within four business days. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day. They should be at your doorstep within five business days.
You will receive an email with tracking number to check if you become concerned. The email will be from UPS or USPS, not from UnwiredSignal.com. With the tracking number, you can find out exactly where your package is at that moment.
Items shipped to destinations in Texas, northern part of LA and the southern parts of AR & OK and shipped by UPS will arrive the NEXT DAY, at no extra shipping charge.
* Very small orders, like adapters and vehicle antennas are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It saves you money and is delivered in 2-3 days.
All shipments valued at $200.00 up have insurance figured into the shipping cost. We are sorry about the increased cost of shipping, but UPS now charges a fuel surcharge.
Please call the 800 number on the UPS or USPS email if the tracking process fails. We cannot do anymore than you to locate the package after it leaves our hands. That's one reason we require shipping insurance, we have no control after it leaves us.
If the box is damaged when it arrives, check to make sure the products inside are not damaged. If they are, refuse the delivery and call us. If the product is confirmed lost by the carrier, call us. We will help to solved the problem.
