Returns and Refunds
Plain and simple:
We will not sell anything that we cannot offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on. We will extend this guarantee if we nee to send a replacement product during this period.
Plus a 12 month replacement for any products that experience a manufacturer's defect that negatively affects its operation.
Please call our store in Dallas, TX, to get an RMA #, so we will know whether to give a refund or send a replacement when it get to us.
Refunds are less shipping cost and customer pays for shipping any returns to us. Products must include power supply and all other items that came with the product, must not show signs of abuse or neglect, and money refund items must be in original packaging (doesn't have to be perfect).
